First public release

This is for you guys that don't have any skills to compile sectors by hand. Remember that the releases will be per minor version (1.3, 1.4, 1.5), and if you want fixes and new features constantly, you need to compile it yourself from GitHub. I'm working on an automatic maven compiler, so it will be easier, but that might take a while.
