feat: Facebook photo albums (v0.1.3) - #13

get_page_albums(profile_id), get_group_albums(group_id) and get_album_items(album_id), sync and async, backed by the three new album endpoints. The SDK now covers all 53 endpoints.

Adds the three album endpoints the API gained on 2026-10-15:
get_page_albums(profile_id, **kwargs)/facebook/pages/albumsget_page_id); optionallimit8-16,end_cursorget_group_albums(group_id, **kwargs)/facebook/groups/albumsget_group_id); optionallimit8-16get_album_items(album_id, **kwargs)/facebook/albums/itemsend_cursorThe SDK now covers all 53 endpoints. Includes the README and CHANGELOG updates and bumps the version to 0.1.3.
Local checks:

get_group_videos(group)sentgroup_id, but/facebook/groups/videosrequireslink(in the API's endpoint config, the MCP server and the n8n node), so it most likely failed on every call. It now takes the group URL, slug or numeric ID and sendslink. Positional calls keep working. A new test checks thatlinkis sent andgroup_idisn't.
