This has automatic caching, so it also fixes the deprecated actions/cache issue which caused the doc build to fail for a while.

Hmm, why didn't this fail before, since wayland-protocols was bumped to 2024 at the end of April?Edit2: It's because the new
wayland-rscomponents have been pushed to crates.io last week. :)
