No longer works because of Copilot

Now that you cannot turn off Copilot in Onenote, this script fails with the following error:

New-Object : Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {DC67E480-C3CB-49F8-8232-60B0C2056C8E} failed
due to the following error: 80080005 Server execution failed (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80080005
(CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE)).

OneNote has recently been updated to allow enabling/disabling CoPilot, Make sure you have the latest version of OneNote and go to Files->Option->CoPilot which wasn't present even a couple of days ago. But even if I disable CoPilot (unchecked the option) I'm getting the same error.
I have more than 3500 OneNote pages across 4 notebooks and tens of section. I would really like for this to work if anyone can provide an update. Thank you.
EDIT: I managed to extract all of my notes from OneNote with this https://github.com/alxnbl/onenote-md-exporter?tab=readme-ov-file, and by following instructions from here https://www.reddit.com/r/ObsidianMD/comments/1b0x9h1/convert_from_onenote_to_obsidian/
