SRC-20260926-TTZ7C-65 retains the lock-after-shutdown report, the investigation, and the maintainer's self-healing commitment. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
REQ-20260926-TTZ7C-66: release ownership on stops during startup and take over only provably dead owners; keep administrator assessment otherwise. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
CYC-20260926-TTZ7C-67, a deliberate roadmap deviation revising the DES-20260919-TTZ7C-24 ownership rule by maintainer decision. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Revise DES-20260919-TTZ7C-24 for REQ-20260926-TTZ7C-66: owners listen on a liveness socket; a refused connection proves a runtime owner gone and permits serialized takeover before the unchanged startup assessment. Stop signals during startup close normally after opening settles. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
REQ-20260926-TTZ7C-66 baseline on 2cfb2ee: killed runtime owners are not taken over, concurrent takeover and administrator release of the new lock contents are untested, and a stop during startup leaves the lock. The crash-during-command test now expects administrator recovery, not a lock. Running owners and long socket paths are already refused. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Implement the DES-20260919-TTZ7C-24 revision for REQ-20260926-TTZ7C-66: - owners listen on a liveness socket in each lock; - a runtime start takes over a runtime lock whose socket refuses connections, serialized and audited, then applies the unchanged startup assessment; all other locks still need administrator release; - the server handles stop signals from its start; - administrator release handles sockets and interrupted takeovers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
EVD-20260926-TTZ7C-68: ownership regressions, 215 passing tests, and a Docker run where the next compose up heals a SIGKILLed store. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Record the maintainer's acceptance of CYC-20260926-TTZ7C-67 at a635f79 and update the project context. Integration and publication remain separate decisions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
