[Tests] Add unit tests for archiver.ts

WHY are these changes introduced?

Improves test coverage for packages/cli-kit/src/public/node/archiver.ts by adding unit tests for its public functions.

WHAT is this pull request doing?

Adds packages/cli-kit/src/public/node/archiver.test.ts containing unit tests for:

• zip: Verifies zipping files in a directory, preserving nested subdirectories, verifying contents, and matching file patterns.
• brotliCompress: Verifies compressing directory contents into a brotli tarball archive and extracting it.
