Implement a new Random Click Offset feature that allows clicks to be offset by a random distance within a circular radius from the cursor position. Includes UI toggle and distance control (0-1000 px), settings persistence across sessions, and offset calculation with bounds checking. The feature applies to all click types (left, right, middle, with/without random interval).
