dashboard/codegen/tests/generate.test.ts › contracts generator › typechecks consumer code and accepts only decoder-valid fixtures failed twice in a full pnpm test with Test timed out in 5000ms, at load average 86 and 110 (shared fleet host). Run alone, the same file passes 15/15. The test shells out to a TypeScript typecheck, and under contention that step alone exceeds vitest's default 5 s.
Per AGENTS.md this should be fixed by measuring and shrinking the work (e.g. typechecking the consumer fixture with an incremental or program-reuse API instead of a cold tsc), not by raising the timeout.
