ADR-0012's 2026-09-05 correction said AAIF Sandbox does not require transferring trademarks and assets or adopting the LF technical charter. It read the Sandbox announcement, which summarises; the governing text is aaif/technical-committee governance/project-lifecycle-policy.md, which lists both among the six Sandbox acceptance criteria.

This appends a correction (the ADR convention is append, never rewrite) that:

  • quotes the six criteria, the twelve-month clock and the Growth bar verbatim, with the commits that added them;
  • states what follows: the contribution agreement assigns trademarks, domains and accounts but not copyright; "Trinity" stays the code name and package prefix while a public mark is chosen and cleared; the twelve-month clock, not the paperwork, is the binding constraint.

Docs only. Owner decision D9 of the 2026-10-08 answer sheet.

… charter at entry

The 2026-09-05 correction read the Sandbox announcement instead of the lifecycle policy that
governs it. The policy's six Sandbox criteria, the twelve-month clock and the Growth bar are
quoted verbatim, and the consequences for legal review and the public name are stated.
