• Structure: Identical pattern (changeset consumed, package.json + CHANGELOG.md per package)
• Version bumps: Correct (backend 0.2.8→0.2.9, frontend 0.1.2→0.2.9 with proper fixed-group sync)
• CHANGELOG format: Word-for-word match to the reference
• CI: All green

Safe to merge. On merge, this will publish both packages to npm and upload the backend VSIX to the guided-development@0.2.9 GitHub Release.
