Now skip strategies and error recovery strategies has own base classes that can be overriden for maximum flexibility!
And parser building system is now more powerful with introduction of BuildableParserElementBase!
Rework and improvements of EscapedText, Number and Choice tokens.
Added context-dependant elements, such as If and Switch*.
Added ReplaceAllMatches and Split methods in Parser.
Fixed some bugs.
