Fixes multi-bot provisioning and removal in the Rocket.Chat OpenClaw plugin. Ensures
openclaw.jsonupdates are written atomically to prevent double-reload 503 errors, fixes bound agent resolution for skills/cron commands, cleans up comments, and adds a skill management guide.Key Changes
