Replaces the separate Raven Dashboard page with a collapsible Usage history section under the Raven Disk / CPU table on Computing Hardware, matching the one under Klone Allocation.

  • Removes docs/Raven-Dashboard.md and its nav entry; raven-dashboard.js → raven-history.js ([data-raven-history]).
  • Dropdown contains: CPU and memory % over time, the latest Winners table, and the Winners appearance grid (user × day, shaded by CPU, day counts, system accounts last in gray).
  • Drive table and current-snapshot tiles are dropped, since the drive table is already on the page. The Raven summary line above the table now also shows memory %.
  • Data side unchanged: raven_history.json on the server-status branch keeps accumulating.

Tested locally with 14 days of synthetic history.
