Klone Allocation: usage history charts - #2513

check_servers.py now reads the dated hyakalloc_YYYY-MM-DD.txt copies (last 30 days) into hyak_stats.history. The page shows a collapsible "Usage history" section with CPU and memory % in use per partition, reusing the gannet dashboard's line chart. The shared chart now spaces out end-of-line labels so lines ending at similar values stay readable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
