PluginRPC PSP integration sample project

This is a sample project that shows how to integrate PluginRPC's Discord rich presence into your project.
It is based on the PSPSDK's basic sample, use the comments inside main.c as an explanation.

In your project you will only need to copy pluginrpc.h and add -lpspsystemctrl_user to your linked libraries in your Makefile!
