Adds agent-aware window titles as a dashboard preview fallback, including inline omp sessions.
Removes animated and decorative title prefixes for stable, readable previews.
Falls back to visible terminal output when a title is stale, unsupported, or the task has finished.
Adds corpus coverage and documents the updated preview behavior.
