Two improvements:
pctbinning.pynow usesHoleFillingImageFilter(as per 81676eb). The tests did not catch the mistake because as far as I understand, the test that runs examples is never ran. Fixed by Run Reconstruction example as a test #94.pctbinning.pynow also has LMU features.
