feat: Add updater reports

Depends on the Copier dashboard PR #25.

• Adds aggregation and static presentation of updater-run reports.
• Adds searchable and filterable updater tables with shareable URL state.
• Supports optional GitHub authentication for accessing workflow information.
• Extends the overview page and includes a deployment workflow example.
