Resolve conflicts with the OIDC release publishing change (#18): keep both the UI test devDependencies (mocha, vscode-extension-tester) and ovsx, merge package-lock.json from both sides (restoring the optional platform binaries npm dropped during auto-resolution), and drop the .vscodeignore entries main already added. Pushing a matching
v<major>.<minor>.<patch>tag now tests and packages the extension once, attaches the VSIX to the GitHub release, and publishes that same artifact to Open VSX and the VS Code Marketplace in independent jobs.release.ymltrusted publisher. Marketplace uses Entra OIDC through thevscode-marketplaceGitHub environment.marketplace_setupcheck that prints the publisher identity ID without publishing.Before the first Marketplace release, configure
AZURE_CLIENT_IDandAZURE_TENANT_IDas environment variables, complete the Entra federated credential, and grant the resulting identity Contributor access to theQuEraComputingpublisher. The setup workflow can be run frommainafter merge. No release was triggered as part of this change.Validation: actionlint 1.7.12; clean npm ci; TypeScript check; grammar tests; WASM smoke tests; all 28 engine/Tsim tests; release-tag guard checks; production VSIX packaging and contents inspection. Live registry authentication and publishing require the external setup and have not been tested.
