Added a glossary of technical terms and product names related to quantum computing.
docs: update glossary with reformatted technical terms and definitions
Updated definitions for various technical terms and added new entries for clarity. Enhanced descriptions for quantum computing concepts and product/service names.
Added definitions for several quantum computing terms, including Device noise, Device topology, Dimensionality reduction, and others. Updated existing definitions for clarity and completeness.
Updated definitions for several quantum computing terms in the glossary, including 'Electron correlation effect', 'Error correction', 'Error mitigation', 'Error suppression', and 'Execution'.
Removed and updated several glossary terms related to quantum computing, including definitions for quantum device, quantum optimization, quantum programs, quantum-safe, quantum state, and quantum technology.
Added definitions for 'Bit', 'Circuit library', 'Classical computers', 'Fair-share scheduler', 'High-fidelity circuit', 'Hybrid quantum-classical algorithm', 'Lifecycle management', 'Multi-qubit gates', 'Pauli twirling', 'Pauli-Lindblad noise model', 'Post-processing', 'Pre-defined circuits', 'q-sphere', 'Qiskit Aer noise module', 'Qiskit pattern', and 'Qiskit primitive'.
Updated the definition of 'Quantum channel' to clarify its meaning in quantum computing.
