Links prose mentions of build_mp.py, scripts and directories in README, CONTRIBUTING and lib-overrides (relative), and in docs/ (absolute GitHub links, since the Sphinx site cannot resolve paths outside docs/). Retargets the Bringing up a board link in flash-a-board.md to its current page in pydevices (docs/guides/bring-up-a-board.md). Every target was checked to exist.
