Build LVGL from omnipython-lvgl under one name, lvgl - #227

--modules lvgl now builds LVGL for either interpreter: build_mp.py takes ports/micropython or ports/circuitpython from omnipython-lvgl, pinned in modules.lock, using a sibling checkout when there is one and a sparse fetch otherwise. all includes it. The old names lvgl-micropython, lvgl-circuitpython and lvgl-bindings are refused with a pointer to lvgl. jpegio finds the LVGL module by its generated binding, in both make and CMake. The release-firmware lane builds CircuitPython cells with lvgl, and its omnipython-lvgl-ref input repins modules.lock through scripts/pin_lvgl_ref.sh.
WIFI6_DEV_KIT_H2 has carried its own partitions.csv since #219, so the test now checks for the slot that --coredump refuses on, not for the table's absence.
