Summary

Consolidates the agent docs into one agent-agnostic AGENTS.md (uniform ecosystem skeleton); CLAUDE.md becomes a 4-line @AGENTS.md import stub.

Changes

  • Documented the real CI gates — smoke_tests.yml + navigator_check.yml + url_check.yml on Python 3.12 & 3.13, PyAutoBuild as sibling, libraries from same-named branches — plus the navigator catalogue (llms-full.txt + workspace_index.json).
  • Stated the full-resolution dataset policy (no PYAUTO_SMALL_DATASETS, unlike the workspaces).
  • Trimmed the history block to the 3-line clean-state recipe.

Part of a 10-repo sweep on branch claude/zealous-gates-l5vxfg.

Science context repointed to autolens_assistant/wiki/literature/. Dropped the stale 'add howtogalaxy target to PyAutoBuild — known follow-up' note (verified: howtogalaxy is already registered in PyAutoBuild).
