vine_virus_photo_dataset: provenance, citation, license and crop type - #90

Conversation
The entry was imported from S3 in July with no source. The data is the UCCE Napa County / North Coast grower photo catalog behind MacDonald et al. 2025, Plant Disease 109(7), doi:10.1094/PDIS-09-24-2048-RE (virus status verified by RT-PCR/LAMP). Adds location, collection period, equipment, citation and bibtex; crop_types "vine" -> "grape" (canonical); license Apache 2.0 -> cc-by-4.0 to match the Hub card; classes as a list like the other entries. Summary
vine_virus_photo_datasetwas imported from S3 in July with no provenance. It is the UCCE Napa County / North Coast grower photo catalog behind:The paper states the photographs were placed in AgML. Mason received the same 3,866-image archive from the authors' Box folder; it is byte-for-byte what is on the Hub (3,866 rows, same four classes and counts, 11.3 GB), so no re-upload.
Registry entry changes:
location,country,collection_period(2021 to 2023 seasons, early September to mid-October),imaging_equipment(iPhone, iPad) from the paper's methodsdocumentation,citation,bibtexcrop_types:vine→grape(canonical after Canonicalise crop_types and agricultural_task in the dataset registry #87)license:Apache 2.0→cc-by-4.0, matching the rewritten Hub card (permissive, with attribution to the authors)classesas a list, like the other entriesThe Hub dataset card was rewritten at the same time with the description, verification method (RT-PCR / LAMP on cane or petiole samples taken with each photo), the class counts, the EXIF-orientation note and the citation.
