Belgium: Eurostat household-sector national accounts package + JRC external rows
Two Belgium target-source additions, built to the existing package contracts and validated with
chronicle.cli validate-package/build-suite:eurostat/nasa_10_nf_tr— household sector (S14_S15) non-financial transactions, Belgium 2022–2024, hash-pinned API bytes (sha25630d3f5bf…, 5,098 B; exact request URL in the manifest): B2G, B3G, B6G, D1, D11, D12, D4, D41, D42, D44, D45 (received), D5, D61 (paid), D62 (received) — 78 populated observations, 84 cube positions preserved. Provenance class administrative; concept notes state the ESA 2010 definitions and the gaps against person-level concepts (FISIM-adjusted interest, D.44 policyholder attributions, B.3G gross of CFC, NPISH in scope).jrc/euromod_be_baseline_statistics_2025extended by 23 rows from the cached country report (original 18 rows byte-identical): the Annex External administrative series for employment income, capital income tax, unemployment amount + recipients, RIS amount + recipients, GRAPA amount, child benefits, the NBB combined old-age+survivor pension amount, self-employed count — primary issuers as the report names them; thepoa/psurecipient counts are stored assurvey_aggregate(their External cells are NaN).Why: Microcosm-BE calibrates only to sums of Chronicle facts; its v0.3 self-employment and investment-income targets were EUROMOD's SILC input aggregates (wrong basis — national accounts put household interest + distributed income at ~6× SILC). These packages give v0.4 administrative and national-accounts targets with the definitional gaps written down.
