Added a sprite tracker dashboard which tracks missing sprites and completion across all categories, its displayed over the existing github pages and updates the existing tracking script we have and adds cli args for report generation
ps: vibecoded the dashboard ui but looks decent enough to act as a tracker and the audit updates on every pr/push so its a live system
