adds a new part under `Setup` giving you the command needed to run for a local clone of the vm and gui within a blank github codespace. -# I tested it and it works. the pr is simply because using github codespace for a local clone of vm and gui will allow to test changes in vm E.g. creating an extension pr, changing vm and/or gui code ect.
