정리 2단계 PR 1~12 가 모두 dev 에 머지돼서, 계획서 k13 대로 문서 지도를 다시 만들고 §2.4 의 「done when」을 확인했다. 드리프트 검사 여덟 개가 이 PR 의 CI 에서 엄격 모드로 다 통과했고, 로드맵 검사가 원래 레포 이슈 14개를 읽어 어긋남이 없으니 k14 는 열지 않는다. 머지하면 링크 1072개가 모두 닿는 지도가 커밋되고, 2단계는 진행 기록에 적는 일만 남는다(그 글은 아래에 있다).

§2.4 「done when」. 일곱 스크립트(links-absolute·bom·bom-schematic·features·editions·presets·roadmap)와 1단계가 보낸 changelog 가 web/scripts/drift/ 에 있다. check:ci 끝(web-ci.yml)과 모든 PR 의 drift.yml 에서 돌고, HEAD 에서 엄격 모드로 다 통과한다. 맞다.

k14 was not opened. The roadmap check's first run in CI found no drift.

`npm run check:drift` in `web/` runs each file in `web/scripts/drift/`. There
are eight: the seven of §2.4 and `check:changelog`, which step 1 sent here.
`check:ci` ends with it. `.github/workflows/drift.yml` runs it on every pull
request with `PF_DRIFT_STRICT=1`, so a side a check cannot read fails there
instead of skipping. On a pull request the same workflow runs
`check:human-lock` against the base commit (§2.9). `check:voice` (§2.10) is
run by hand, and `AGENTS.md` carries the §2.10 rule with one line for each
command.

At [#37](https://github.com/Patternflow-lab/Patternflow/pull/37) all eight
pass in CI. `check:roadmap` read 14 issues on `engmung/Patternflow`, every one
closed and every one on a `done` node. `check:bom-schematic` finds the BOM's
nine designators in the schematic's text layer, so it was strict from its
first day and the warn-only clause of §2.4 went unused. The lock holds 74
journal files, 33 release files, the manifesto, the README's three story
sections, Part 1 of two RFCs and 166 roadmap strings. `docs/.human-written`
lists no path yet (answer 5).

The doc map has 1072 links out of 214 files, every one resolving. The parity
list is unchanged at 1366 pairs.
