Promotes request paths and client IPs in traffic logs and Grafana from #38. Includes Cloudflare-aware client IP handling and preserves query/header redaction, private access and retention.
Validated with 15 tests, native configuration checks, WireGuard checks and the full-stack smoke test. Deploy from master with a Caddy configuration reload, a collector-only recreation to refresh its stale config bind mount, and a Grafana dashboard reload. Verify direct/Cloudflare client IP parity, forged-header resistance and the browser request feed.
Implements #37, requirement NFR-9_2.
