MayaMapper

MayaMapper maps side-scan sonar mosaics to benthic habitat classes.

Install

Create the CPU environment with:

conda env create -f mayamapper/conda/MayaMapper.yml
conda activate mayamapper
python -m pip install -e .

For Ubuntu or WSL systems with a supported NVIDIA driver, use mayamapper/conda/MayaMapper-GPU.yml instead.

Run

python -m mayamapper
