Water dynamics

Water from precipitation enters the soil and is subject to complex soil water dynamics. Access water accumulates in rivers and lakes. Water in rivers is routed to the oceans. Water for irrigation can be extracted from rivers and lakes or assumed to be available (potential irrigation, IPOT).
