If you can answer yes to all of these then add the issue and build the feature!

1. This shouldn't be a side module?

2. This is something you will use in nearly every project?

3. This is not going to weigh the project down?

4. This feature would promote good design?

5. This would make Paul Lewis happy?

Side note: Keep the minified file size less than 80kbs or we are no better than JQuery
