The legacy workflow calls TigreGotico/gh-automations@master for tagging plus a hand-rolled pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish job that publishes to Test PyPI, not real PyPI. Replace the whole workflow with the standard OpenVoiceOS pattern (see OpenVoiceOS/ovos-gguf-plugin), calling the maintained OpenVoiceOS/gh-automations publish-alpha.yml with publish_pypi: true.
