Allow custom weight and reps input in strength workouts - #672
In the live strength activity (LiveStrength), the weight and rep steppers previously only supported fixed incremental steps (def.step or 2.5 kg). For gyms with non-standard dumbbell jumps, microplates (1.25 kg, 0.5 kg), or cable stacks, users could not log the exact weight lifted.
Changes
Tapping the weight number or the new 'Custom weight' action opens a numeric dialog allowing users to enter any specific weight.
Decimal input is parsed cleanly and respects unit settings (kg / lb) via existing helpers.
Tapping the reps counter allows entering custom reps directly.
The +/- stepper increments smoothly from the custom number without floating-point accumulation drift.
Weights format cleanly up to 2 decimal places when microplates are used (e.g. 12.25 kg) without trailing zeros.
Summary by Sourcery
Enable precise custom weight and repetition entry in live strength workouts while preserving reliable stepping, validation, formatting, and localization.
New Features:
Allow users to enter custom weights and repetitions directly in live strength workouts.
Add localized validation and input text for custom weight and repetition dialogs.
Bug Fixes:
Prevent floating-point drift when adjusting custom weights with the stepper.
Enhancements:
Support precise weight formatting for fractional loads and unit-aware stepping within valid ranges.
Tests:
Add widget coverage verifying that a custom weight is used when logging a strength set.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added controls for directly editing exercise weight and reps, including unit-aware weight entry.
Added a custom-weight action when bodyweight mode is off, with localized text in select languages.
Bug Fixes
Weight adjustments are limited to 0–500 kg or 0–1100 lb, and reps to 1–200.
Metric weights display up to two decimal places without unnecessary trailing zeros.
Invalid entries are rejected; valid entries update exercise values.
Previously, the weight stepper only incremented/decremented by fixed steps (def.step or 2.5 kg). In gyms with non-standard increments, microplates (1.25 kg / 0.5 kg), or differing dumbbell jumps, users could not select the exact weight lifted.
This adds:
- Tapping the weight value or the new 'Custom weight' action to open a numeric dialog and input any custom value.
- Decimal and unit handling respecting imperial/metric settings via existing helpers.
- Tapping the reps value to input custom reps directly.
- Clean decimal formatting up to 2 places for fractional weights without trailing zeros.
Add unit-aware weight stepping and custom weight/reps dialogs with validation, formatting, and bounds for live strength entry.

Strength entry controls now support direct weight and reps editing. Weight input and stepping use unit-aware bounds, and reps input and stepping use a 1–200 range. The custom-weight action and validation messages have translations for seven locales.

Summary
Weight entry and controls lib/ui2/activity/live.dart, lib/l10n/display_text.dart
Weight controls support direct editing and custom unit-aware input. Metric stepping is bounded to 0–500 kg and rounds to hundredths. Imperial stepping uses 5 lb increments and is bounded to 0–1100 lb. Values display as whole numbers or with up to two decimal places. The custom-weight action and validation messages have translations for German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Russian, Thai, and Chinese.
Rep editing lib/ui2/activity/live.dart
The reps value can open an editing dialog. Reps stepping and dialog input use a 1–200 bound. Invalid input and cancellation leave reps unchanged.
OpenStrap/edge#646: Changes UnitsController.weightToKg parsing, which the custom strength-weight input uses.

**Over-limit sets are silently changed**
When a user enters more than 500 kg or 200 reps, or steps past either limit, `_step`, `_editWeight` and `_editReps` cap values, while the reps incrementer can exceed the editor’s cap; the resulting set is silently changed before it is logged.
Validate the limits consistently across the editors and steppers, and report rejected values instead of silently clamping them.

**Imperial steps drift from plate increments**
When an imperial user repeatedly adjusts a load with the weight stepper, `_step` rounds each updated kilogram value to hundredths, but a 5 lb step is about 2.26796 kg, so each press stores 2.27 kg and repeated steps drift from the requested increments.
Preserve the exact converted step value instead of rounding each updated load to hundredths of a kilogram.

**Decrement drops reps to 100**
When a user enters more than 100 reps and taps the decrement button, the decrement callback clamps reps to 100, so it drops a higher count straight to 100 instead of subtracting one and logs the unexpectedly lower count.
Clamp the decrement callback to the same upper limit as the custom reps editor.

**Precise metric loads display inaccurately**
When a metric user enters a weight with more than two decimal places, `_fmt` falls back to one decimal place when a metric value is not already exact to one or two decimals. For example, a custom 12.256 kg entry displays as 12.3 kg, and reopening the editor pre-fills the rounded value.
Format non-integral metric values to two decimal places, trimming trailing zeros, or constrain and normalize input to that precision.

**Workout control stays in English**
When the app is displayed in a supported non-English locale, the custom-weight action is hard-coded in English, and the counter’s semantic label is also hard-coded, so users see and hear untranslated text.
Use localized strings for the custom-weight action and the counter’s semantic label.

**Custom-entry regressions go unnoticed**
When a regression is introduced in either new editing path, the new weight and reps editing paths have no accompanying tests, so regressions in dialog input, parsing, unit conversion, or applying the entered values leave the test suite green and can result in incorrect logged sets.
Add tests for custom weight and reps entry, including unit-aware weight parsing and applying the entered values.

so fractional pounds, including 102.5 lb, remain visible in the stepper and set
rows, and pressing Done without edits preserves the original load. Avoid
converting the displayed or pending value to a rounded whole-pound value in
either flow.
- Line 1732: Update the reps controls’ setState callbacks so plus stops at 200
and minus decreases the current value by exactly one, including when it is above

Keep the reps controls consistent.
When a user enters 150 reps and taps minus, the value jumps to 100 instead of 149. The plus button can also exceed 200, but reopening the dialog and saving clamps the value back to 200. Align the controls while preserving one-step decrements for existing values above the limit.

Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Move the translations into the ARB files.
The nested switch (l.localeName) hard-codes translations inside localizedText. Locales not listed fall back to English. Add a proper localized getter to AppLocalizations. This keeps all translations in one place.

Preserve zero weight steps in imperial mode.
For a plank or hanging leg raise, after entering a custom weight, either control subtracts 5 lb instead of leaving the weight unchanged. The changed weight can then be logged.
