Successful pnpm publication produced no CHANGESETS_OUTPUT events, so the
release action reported published: false and skipped tags, GitHub releases,
and the API artifact. Generated version PRs also violated repository title
policy.

This runs changeset git-tag only after pnpm succeeds, reconciles any missing
GitHub release on later publish-mode runs, and rebuilds the API artifact on
those runs. It also gives generated PRs and commits compliant titles and tests
success, failure boundaries, retries, annotated tags, output events, release
recovery, and title validation offline.

Fixes #96.

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The release script now runs Changesets tagging after package publishing. Documentation describes release reports and retry behavior. The workflow uses an updated versioning title and commit message, with contract tests for release outcomes and title validation.

A failure after tags are pushed can leave a GitHub release or API artifact unfinished, and rerunning the workflow will not complete it. Add a recovery path before merging.

Comment thread package.json
Run Changesets tagging after pnpm publishes successfully so the release
action receives its output events and creates tags, releases, and API
artifacts. Give generated version PRs policy-compliant titles.

Reconcile missing releases and rebuild artifacts during publish retries.
Test failure boundaries, recovery, annotated tags, and policy offline.
