Pull Request Title
This PR addresses an issue where only the languages supported by the Formulus UI (currently EN, FR, PT) would be possible to select for use in the custom app's forms as well.
This limitation is removed by adding an extra drop-down in Formulus -> Settings to allow selection of language used in UI and forms separately.
