Summary

  • Profile: current install paths (@opencoven/cli per the coven README, Homebrew casks for Coven Cave and Wand), docs and feedback links, and a grouped directory of all public, non-archived, non-fork repos (descriptions taken from each repo's About text; brand/design-system wording follows docs/brand-ui-consolidation-resolution-2026-09-01.md).
  • New org defaults: CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, SUPPORT.md, ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ (bug, feature, config with security/Discord/docs/feedback links), PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md, AGENTS.md, llms.txt.
  • Root README (was empty) now explains each default and what overrides it.
  • CONTRIBUTING: workflow steps, agent-assisted contribution rules, links to conduct/security/support.
  • SECURITY fix: the policy told reporters to file a private advisory in the affected repo, but private vulnerability reporting is off in 22 of 30 public repos. Reports now fall back to OpenCoven/coven (enabled) when the button is missing.

Verification

  • ruby -ryaml parses all three issue forms.
  • Every repo linked from the profile exists and is public and not archived (gh api repos/...).
  • External links return 200 (npm returns 403 to bots; the package was confirmed with npm view @opencoven/cli → 0.4.6). Both Discord invite casings resolve to the OpenCoven guild.
  • Coven Cave v0.5.5 release ships macOS (arm64/x86_64), Linux AppImage, and Windows MSI, which matches the profile wording.
  • Commit is SSH-signed and DCO signed off.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- profile: current install paths (npm CLI + Homebrew casks), docs and
feedback links, and a grouped directory of every public repository
- add CODE_OF_CONDUCT, SUPPORT, default issue forms and config, default
  PR template, AGENTS.md, and llms.txt
- root README documents what each default file does and what overrides it
- CONTRIBUTING: workflow steps, agent-assisted contribution rules, links
  to conduct, security, and support
- SECURITY: route reports to OpenCoven/coven when the affected repository
has private vulnerability reporting disabled (true for most repos today)

Report conduct concerns **privately**:

- **Discord:** message a server moderator or admin directly.
- **GitHub:** contact a maintainer of the affected repository through a private channel you have already verified, or use GitHub's [report content](https://docs.github.com/en/communities/maintaining-your-safety-on-github/reporting-abuse-or-spam) tools.
Comment thread SUPPORT.md
Comment on lines +5 to +7
1. **Run `coven doctor`.** It detects installed harnesses and prints fix hints for most setup problems.
2. **Check the docs.** [docs.opencoven.ai](https://docs.opencoven.ai) covers installation, the CLI, the daemon, harnesses, memory, and [troubleshooting](https://docs.opencoven.ai/docs/reference/troubleshooting).
3. **Read the repository README.** Each project documents its own setup, platform support, and known limits.
Comment thread README.md

Organization profile, community health files, and shared GitHub defaults for [OpenCoven](https://github.com/OpenCoven).

The public organization page is rendered from [`profile/README.md`](profile/README.md). The other files here are **defaults**: GitHub uses them in any OpenCoven repository that does not ship its own copy.

GitHub reads default community health files from this repository's
.github/ folder before the root. After #19 added root ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ and
PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md as organization-wide defaults, the governance
forms and PR template in .github/ would have replaced them for every
OpenCoven repository without its own templates.

- move governance issue forms to the root ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ beside the bug
and feature forms; label their descriptions as OpenCoven/.github-only
- drop .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml; the root config already routes
  security reports to SECURITY.md
- move the governance PR checklist to docs/templates/ and link it from the
default PR template; update GOV-010 evidence to the new path

Verified: ./scripts/agent-check fast (97 tests OK, validation passed,
generated views current); issue forms parse as YAML.
