Source PRs currently repeat the full cross-platform matrix before the merge queue repeats it again. Select related Applications/core, Network and Database regressions from the complete PR range and reuse their existing Linux Boost jobs. Shared SDK/build/dependency/CI or unclassified paths run all three source modules; missing, malformed or empty ranges fall back to the full matrix.

Code merge candidates and manual runs retain all 12 native variants, including ASan/UBSan, TSan and Standalone database coverage. The required gate binds the actual event, validation stage and job results, rejects contradictory or uncertain module plans, and distinguishes successful selected jobs from explicitly skipped jobs. Add fatal clang-format 18 coverage, normalize one legacy sample output literal without changing its text, and document both stages in English/Chinese and AGENTS.md.

Validation: 70 policy/workflow tests pass, including an unavailable-site metadata regression and projection through the actual YAML output bindings. Workflow YAML and whitespace checks pass. Formatting passes locally with clang-format 18.1.8 and on GitHub with 18.1.3 at e027f229. Unchanged Nimbus content passes 121 static-page and 213 internal-reference checks. Source regressions and complete merge-candidate hosted checks remain required.
