Closing as part of a founder-ordered queue drain, as a DUPLICATE rather than for staleness. Three open PRs covered the same first-workflow onboarding theme: this one, openadapt-desktop#135, and OpenAdapt#1122. This one is the only CONFLICTING member of the set, so it is the one that goes. The onboarding work continues in #135 and #1122. The branch is NOT deleted. |

Desktop is the recommended first-workflow path. This PR puts it first on /start. The CLI stays first-class for developers and CI.
The unqualified first task is read-only. A state-changing, unknown, consequential, or irreversible action must pass qualification before its first actuation. Test data doesn't make an unqualified write safe.
