Summary: Put the released two-command quickstart on the home, start, and download paths. Add the deliberate false-success test and explain its independent-verifier halt. Update the machine-readable site copy. Verification: 205 tests passed; the Next.js production build passed; the local home, start, and download routes rendered the new commands; git diff --check.
