fix: state the browser extra in quickstart install commands - #375

Plain 'pip install openadapt' does not install Playwright, so the verified quickstart fails with exit 2. The download page, hero, pricing, and developers surfaces now show pip install 'openadapt[browser]'; the public-truth test asserts the literal extra with escaped brackets.

Plain 'pip install openadapt' does not install Playwright, so the documented quickstart fails with exit 2 (reproduced in a clean venv today). Updates the download page, hero, pricing, and developers surfaces to pip install 'openadapt[browser]'; updates the public-truth assertion to the literal extra. 205/205 tests; build green.
