Welcome to the Open-Math-Book.github.io wiki!

Here are some basic thoughts on how to contribute to an open-source book.

The open-source math books hosted on GitHub fall into three major categories:

Fully-baked, mature projects suitable for course adoption.
Half-baked projects that are in-process. Some may be suitable for classroom testing in whole or in part... Caveat Emptor!
Community Projects: contributions are actively sought. Contact the lead author/editor.

We also have a page linking to some of the software projects that provide enabling technology for authors.
