Reviewed in #217. This changes the annotations API alongside intentionally separate Tomcat 9 and 10.1 test engines to Tomcat 11. The retained engine lines and reconsideration criteria are documented in .github/DEPENDENCY_DECISIONS.md. Closing without merge. |
