Adds one bullet for CVD Portal to the Vulnerability Disclosure and Bug Bounty > Tools > Commercial list (alphabetically ordered between Bugcrowd and HackerOne).
Section 2.7.5 highlights the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements for coordinated vulnerability disclosure and CSIRT/ENISA reporting. CVD Portal provides EU-focused coordinated vulnerability disclosure infrastructure, researcher intake, and Article 14 compliance reporting workflows.
