docs: add Pipeline-view.drawio source file (#65)

summary

• add an editable draw.io source file for the existing Pipeline-view.png diagram to address Add source of schemas to assests folder #65.
• recreate the pipeline architecture, security scanning tools, central vulnerability management connections, staging and production Kubernetes environments, and runtime monitoring.
• preserve the CI/CD groupings, deployment flows, and relevant connections to enable future diagram updates without recreating the image from scratch.

validation

• validate the draw.io XML structure using xmllint.
• confirm that only current-version/assets/images/Pipeline-view.drawio is added.
