Translate the GUIDs/UUIDs authorization note in the Italian edition of API1:2023 (Broken Object Level Authorization), clarifying object enumeration and authorization verification principles. Closes OWASP#171

The note clarifying that GUIDs/UUIDs are not an authorization control (added in English as a translator placeholder, see #154/#155) was still untranslated in the French edition of Broken Object Level Authorization. Translated both bullets, keeping the doc's established terminology (point d'accès (endpoint), utilisateur connecté) consistent with the rest of the file. Same note, same placement, as the merged Italian translation (#172). Closes #158 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
