Try using composer install not upgrade
Use npm ci not install

Kerberos could be skipped is just comment out PASSWORDSTORE= in the .env

I think soketi.app has a docker that could be used to add websockets support

but i like kerberos :)

it all seems to be working fine now from a fresh clone.

unhappy about needing to chmod everything to let the container access it though. tried faffing about with various permissions things without luck.

if you're happy with it let me know and i'll rebase to clean up the commit history

will have to give it all a go with a fresh clone on a mac but that may have to wait till after camp, already got to much code I need to deal with this week
