Sync Cosmin: CV v4.6.0, codex and README

Cosmin's brochure still described the May state: no Bonsai Labs or Change Agents, and it carried claims he has since retired (~2B tokens/month, 5,000+ job channels, 13+ years). This resyncs his profile and the team card from his current CV, codex and README, so the brochure matches what he now says publicly.

What this ships:

• New resources: CV (v4.6.0), codex, README, logged in metadata.yml
• Notable Work: Bonsai Labs and Change Agents added, Traced AI demoted to Also (no hard number), still capped at 6 and chronological
• Retired claims removed, "14+ years professional" used everywhere
• Bonsai end client stays anonymous, no rates or contract terms
• Audit trail and blueprint updated

To check:

• Facts against the CV: dates, titles, "worked through the Siemens integration" wording
• Nothing in sources/ that the CV owner asked to keep out (client names, contract terms)
• Profile is 3 pages with no stranded headings, team card reads as a short pitch
• CI build passes
