Instructions in readme say to use `mingw-release` preset for both configure & build steps, but build presets didn't have the `mingw-` prefix. Updated build presets to match docs and the configure preset names.

Hey there! I really like LogParser, been wanting a simple log parser + viewer with custom format support for years since the last one I was using is no longer maintained (and was closed source).

CMake Build Preset Names
Changes CMake build preset names to match the instructions in the readme. They didn't have the
mingw-prefix so I ran into issues when setting up the github workflow.Automated Builds
Adds build github workflow that runs when a commit is pushed to main.
To be completely honest I didn't want to install Qt or a mingw environment to build this, so I added this instead. Hope it's helpful!
