docs: list third-party telemetry endpoints - #283

Conversation
The Traefik instance of every node checks update.traefik.io once a day for new releases. List it in a separate table of the system requirements page, so administrators know the traffic is expected, and explain that the internal Traefik copies of other applications have the check disabled. Telemetry and update checks of third-party components are not required for NS8 to work, unlike the endpoints listed before them, whose notes warn that blocking them breaks updates and backups. Move the Grafana Labs and Traefik Labs endpoints into one table, in a section of its own, so the notes no longer seem to apply to them. Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-opus-5.5
Point administrators to the Traefik module instructions to disable the daily new version check, as done for Loki and Grafana. Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-opus-5.5

I absolutely agree with you. Sadly on this matter we got many inquiries and I hope this section helps to find the right answers. |

The Traefik proxy of every NS8 node checks
update.traefik.ioonce a day for new Traefik releases. NS8 keeps this check enabled, as it does for Grafana, while internal Traefik copies of other apps have it disabled. This PR documents that traffic, so administrators know it is expected. NethServer/dev#8235Only documentation changes. On the system requirements page, the third-party telemetry endpoints now have a section of their own, "Third-party telemetry endpoints", with a single table for Grafana Labs and Traefik Labs components (English and Italian).
